The short version

• This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.
• It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies.
• The only personal data it asks for is your email address, and only if you join the waitlist.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. When you open a page, Vercel's servers process the technical data every web request carries: your IP address, the time, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the page and to keep the service secure.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in running a working and secure website. Vercel acts as a processor. Data may be processed in the United States; Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Joining the waitlist

If you enter your email address and press "Join the waitlist", the address is sent to Web3Forms, a form service run by Web3Creative, a business registered in Kerala, India. Its servers are in the United States. Web3Forms acts as a processor: it forwards the address to my email inbox and handles it as described in its own privacy policy. Nothing else is collected with it.

My inbox is hosted by Apple (iCloud Mail, Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Cork, Ireland).

I use the address for one purpose: to send you an invitation to the Head of Staff beta, and the information you need to use it. There is no newsletter. The address is not sold or passed on to anybody else.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time with an email to private@moserfelix.com, and I will delete your address from the list.

Writing to me

If you send an email, I process your address and what you wrote in order to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is deleted when the matter is settled, unless the law requires it to be kept for longer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• know what data I hold about you and get a copy of it,
• have it corrected or deleted,
• have its processing restricted, or object to it,
• receive it in a portable format,
• withdraw a consent you gave, with effect for the future.

An email is enough for any of these. You can also complain to a data protection authority. The one responsible for me is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
